RECEIVERSHIP - CREDITOR INFORMATION PAGE

On February 2, 2017, the Stipulated Order Appointing General Receiver   ("Order") in the matter of Shoes.com, Inc. and Onlineshoes.com, Inc. (individually and collectively, the "Debtor") was entered by the Superior Court of Washington for King County.

  The Case No. is 17-2-02462-7SEA.

The Order follows the decision by the Companies to shutdown operations and online selling activities, and to terminate all employees effective Friday, January 27, 2017.

Oswego Group, through its unit, Inverness Group, was appointed as the General Receiver("Receiver") under the Order with authorities for all of the tangible and intangible assets of the Debtor as outlined in the Order and RCW 7.60.

Creditors and other stakeholders should review publicly available materials related to and filed in the case, as the Receiver conducts his duties per the Order.

To assist stakeholders, the Receiver will periodically post relevant filings and other information (below) related to the case, including, but not limited to case filings, documents relating to the procedures for filing and processing of creditor claims on this page, with links to the materials.

Following the active solicitation of Buyer interest in the purchase of receivership assets, and the engagement of parties expressing interest under non-disclosure agreements ("NDA"s) since the outset of the receivership, on February 28, 2017, the Receiver
filed its Motion for the Approval of Bid andf Sales Procedures with the Court.  The Motion was approved by the Court on March 8, 2017, and copies of these documents are included below and available for download.
